IPO AND IT'S FUNCTIONS WITHIN THE UNITED NATIONS

The Organization
The International Progressive Organization (IPO) is a foundation headquartered in New York, United States of America. IPO is sponsored by numerous, world wide donors. However, IPO's primary source of income is generated from revenues from its consulting office in Zurich, Switzerland. This branch of IPO operates as a company and specializes in the development of high tech products for software markets.

The Fundamentals
The Foundation's guiding principal is to enhance the quality of life for all of the world's inhabitants through international collaboration and cooperation. IPO is committed to achieving these goals through the only legitimate international broker: the United Nations. The International Progressive Organization strongly identifies itself with the social, human and cultural aims and objectives of the United Nations.The StructureThe International Progressive Organization seeks to utilize the infrastructure of the United Nations and operate through its global network of offices. IPO will primarily act as a promotion and public relations agency for the United Nations providing support, information and advice to people, communities and governments. This will be done through consultation and close cooperation with the respective UN-officials and IPO's clients.

The Activities
Based on a deep understanding of the nature of the United Nations IPO will pursue the immediate needs and long term activities of the UN on local, regional and on international level. According to the specific social, economic and political conditions of a country, IPO will determine and take appropriate measures and activities to enhance the quality of life for charges of the United Nations. The Foundation Center will coordinate and supervise the activities of their consultants in order to give each endeavor global value and meaning.

The Objectives
The main objective of the International Progressive Organization is to promote the worldwide programs and services of the United Nations as well as their sub-organizations. It is the belief of the Foundation that the UN is the only independent and neutral organization that is capable of managing the world's growing political, social, economical and cultural demands. The Foundation defines itself as a promotional instrument of the United Nations.

The System
The system of the International Progressive Organization is based on the concept that a progressive world can be established through a convergence of politics and high tech. That is, a synergetic effect can be obtained through a symbiosis of progressive related organizations such as Amnesty International, Greenpeace, World Vision and representatives of science and technology, such as Doctors Without Borders and Science for Democratic Action. Research universities and retired CEOs will also contribute to the project. Individual development can be achieved when a person recognizes their own unlimited abilities of improvement which in turn enhances the welfare of their community.

IPO's actvities are divided as follows:
1) Its political objective as a non-governmental organization to the United Nations; and,
2) Its material standing as a marketer and distributor of high tech products for science, business and computer recreation industries.
